Cancellation Requests: Customers of Bollywood Symphony have the option to request a cancellation of their order at a specific stage of the production process. The cancellation request must be initiated at the time when a sample of the song is provided for the customer’s approval. Once the customer has approved the sample and the song has been submitted for completion, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation Before Approval: If a cancellation request is submitted during the sample approval stage, and the song has not been approved for completion, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

  • Approved for Completion: Once the customer approves the sample, and the song enters the completion phase, no cancellations will be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

  • Monetization Selection: If the customer opts for the monetization service, no refunds will be granted. Once the song has been submitted to third-party distributors or streaming platforms, the transaction is considered final.

How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team at contact@bollywoodsymphony.in and provide the order details, including the order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made during the specified stage of the production process.
